The Colchester Food Bank Garden, located in Old Barns, Nova Scotia, is cared for by the Old Barns Men’s Club and the Knights of Columbus. They have been growing fresh produce to serve the clients of the Food Bank since 1992. While the yield has varied somewhat from year to year it is estimated that the garden has contributed over 400,000 lbs of fresh produce to the Food Bank to date.
